Send them to us electronically
Most clients now prefer to submit their records electronically, as it makes their lives so much easier. If you’d like our help to set this up, please speak to your accountant.
In person
We know some of our more local clients like to drop off and collect records in person. Our offices at The Whitehouse is conveniently located, has plenty of great parking and we have a quick and easy process for record drop off and collection.
Dropping off your records
There is no need to make an appointment, just drive up to the
Whitehouse, go to reception, fill out a short form which gives you the chance to
give us any specific instructions. And that’s it!

Collecting records
Contact us to let us know ahead of time when you’d like to collect your records and we’ll leave them at reception ready for when you arrive.
Need to meet us when you drop off or pick up records?
We know that sometimes you may want to speak to our team when you are dropping off or picking up records. That’s no problem. Just make sure you’ve let us know in advance by making an appointment before you visit.
